Abstract: An empirical approach to develop a comprehensive monitoring framework to track progress of ballistic photons through glucose doped aqueous humor by two dimensional sixteen Mueller polarization matrix element images for deepening efforts in polarimetry reported. The glucose doped aqueous humor has been illuminated with a He-Ne (632.8 nm) laser in vitro measurement. The obtained transmitted Mueller polarization matrix images are strong evidence to discriminate normal glucose level, impaired fasting glycaemia (IFG), impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and diabetes mellitus.
